Parntership for Resale

In this project with we partnered with a seller who did not want to personally oversee or invest in any home improvements. We created a remodeling plan to update the home with a set budget and split proceeds over a pre-determined base price. Not only did we come in under budget, but we also were able to secure an offer for our seller of over $300k over the asking price. Our seller was extremely happy with the speedy sale, additional profit and proud that their family home was restored to a beautiful and on-trend MCM design.
